Our local TV consumer reporter did a comparison test between the Yeti, the Ozark Trail (walmart) and another one I was not familiar with...Arctic or something was in the name....the test involved putting a thermometer in each one with the same amount of ice....checked all day....there was only 3 degrees difference between the three each time they checked.....each brand had the lowest temp at one check during the day...the Arctic was the medium-priced one and the WM was by far the lowest. If your heart is set on a Yeti, I'd wait for a sale....or check Bradsdeals.com........

I may drool over the Seafoam Yeti, but the Wal Mart version was 1/3 the price and works like a dream.  I did get a Seafoam tumbler though.  😀

If you get a Yeti, you might want to get the ones with the lid that has a magnetic closer on it.  The Yetis will leak though, if you turn them over.  I only use them for water, so it is not a deal breaker for me.  They go on sale at Amazon sometimes.

If I ever get one I will put tape over the name, so, nobody will try to steal it out of the SUV. LOL

Their tumblers are the best I got the 30oz, 24, and the smallest one.

Wish Q would carry stuff like that.

I have a Yeti Rambler that I use daily and it keeps my ice cold all day. I also have tumbler that I use at home. When I go out I use my less expensive RTIC tumbler that I got for free at the Vet's office when I purchased a certain amount of heartguard and nexguard. I have to say that I think that the RTIC tumbler works as well as my Yeti. At least I will not be heartbroken if I leave my RTIC tumbler somewhere, which I have been known to do. I live in Florida and lost power for 5 days during hurricane Irma and I thought many times that I wished that I had a Yeti cooler. I may spring for one for emergencies. Not sure how long they will keep the ice. I lost all of my food. What I really want is a whole house generator.
