I put an item in my Wish List about two weeks ago. It was $33.87 at that time. I just checked today and it's now $38.50. I'm taking it off my wish list...

I've never used the Wish List feature - what is the purpose of it? To wait for a lower price? When I want to buy something I just click on it - qty info - and cash out. This is an honest question.

@fthuntI also shop as you do. No wish lists and pricing when I'm actually ready to buy.
Prices of what I like seem to be up everywhere. Yes, there are sales. No, I haven't found much at all on sale that I think is good value for me.

@fthunt I use the Wish List when I like something, but I am not sure that I love it. I will go back in a couple of days & see how I feel about it.
If I really want something, I do buy it, but especially with the price of the D&C clothes getting so high+shipping+the potential cost of returning, I don't buy as fast as I used to.
Sometimes I want to wait & see reviews.
Sometimes I wait to see if the price drops for a special or a buy one get one a couple of dollars off.

@ciao_bellaI hear you. I have about 20 items in my wish list and noticed 6 of them have increased in 2 weeks. UGH tired of the pricing but here I still shop.

I too have about 20 items in my wish list. I would never buy an item at full QVC price unless I were desparate and I've never been that desparate. What gets me is that I've had items in the list for literally years and they are still available. What other retailer keeps inventory for so long????

When I see something that I like, and or might be a future purchase, I put it on Wish List so I don't have to search for it. It's also useful in comparison shopping or looking at Amazon. With QVC, I've come to the conclusion that reduced prices or lunchtime specials are really what the item should have cost initially.

There are MANY reasons to use the Wish List. Several are already posted.
In addition, I use it to store items I might be interested in for future gifts but it is too early to purchase.
I put items in there I can't spend the money on now...but want to in the future.
There is another thread about Q price fluctuations and I just posted this morning that prices DO go down!
Wen brushes in my Wish LIst are 4 cents cheaper today than yesterday!
Whoo hoo! Now let me order and SAVE! LOL

Okay - thanks. I see that you use Wish List like I use computer's Bookmark/Favorites. If undecided or want to see product without a long search - I just Bookmark. Guess different features work for all of us. Thanks!
