Boycott? I won't purchase music by certain artists. I wouldn't call that a boycott.

Good question, OP. I try not to buy from those that blatantly and consistently put bad behavior out there, but we all have our different thresholds for what we can or can't tolerate.
The thing is, these celebs are directly getting our money when we order their stuff.
I wouldn't order from the person involved in this latest vulgar rant. Don't want to give her my money or support all that. Well, back to my cats. Lol. 🐈🐱🐈🐱🐈🐱

Hope your thread doesn't get killed.
This could be a great conversation, as you meant it to be anyway.

Please remember that aside from REAL designers, the celebrity merchandise is not designed by them, its approved by them and Excel or some other paid designer actually does the designing and they slap their names on it.
Very few celebrity lines are actually seen by the celebrity until they are done and produced.

I didn't think so.
I thought this might come up. I think that for me, the difference is when a celeb consistently seems to put the bad behavior out there, it makes it easy for me to dump them, so to speak. They make it easy for me not to have to research them... ya know what I mean? 😱

I rarely if ever buy celebrity endorsed anything. As to the buzz on one particular offensive vendor...I never liked her clothing anyway so I am glad I didn't help finance her last trip to Mexico. Knock offs and inexpensive looking I was turned off long ago to anything anyone from a reality show would try and sell me.

I will not buy anything from anyone on the Q who offends me or what I believe. These hosts, designers and vendors should watch everyword they utter on air as to not offend anyone. I really don't care for any of the celebs the Q has on, they're all so full of themselves. I'm not a Jew, but LR and that husband of hers showed their true colors when they dressed up for Halloween. How insensitive and thoughtless, the Q should have gotten rid of that line.

This is so true. Celebrities are looking for an investment. Hopefully one they can write off on taxes as a loss, or start up. That is why many of them only last one to 5 years...because you have to claim a profit after 5 years, LOL!

Whoa! I just googled that. Her husband dressed up as Sid Vicious from The S*x Pistols and she dressed up as his emotionally disturbed girlfriend who was murdered! He wore a red T-shirt with a swastika on it!!! Are they crazy?!? When called out on it, she sent out one of those fake apologies - "sorry if we hurt you"! This is beyond words! Google this and see how ridiculous they look! I wouldn't expect this from teenagers! What attention seeking slobs. Disgusting people. How does the Q justify this, and the hosts treat her like she is so wonderful? They sure dumped Paula Deen quickly, why does she get a pass?!? I'm not Jewish, but that symbol on his shirt is such a symbol of horror and hate. Prince Harry wore one on a Halloween costume some years ago. How that one happened is another astounding disaster.

I avoid celebrity stuff in general. Part of it is logical as they're paid to promote what is most likely an average product. Another part is my experience with celebs--half good, half bad. A biggie is that a lot of the celebs are rather vile IMO. L'Oreal in particular hires some of the most bigoted actresses/singers.
