Oops! I thought they all just had "summer" houses out there. Seriously. I know there are year-round residents in the Hamptons, but I thought people like Isaac Mizrahi lived in the city and "summered" out in the Hamptons. Guess I watch too much TV

It's summer and millions of people are vacationing. Why should Isaac or any QVC personnel be any different?

I don't know that he's there, but this is prime time in the Hamptons where Isaac has one of his homes.. I'd be right there if I were in his moccasins!

The Q is part of Isaac's business empire but only a part..... Probably a smaller part than most of us think.............he has many other ""irons in the fire"" to handle. That's a saying my dear Dad always used explain his busy work schedule....... I think it fits here.

Anyway, I guess it is vacations, other projects, etc., but I hope he will be back for his regular Monday night show at 10 PM.

He doesn't design for Qvc anymore. He sold his company to someone else...a Chinese company I believe was posted elsewhere on the forums. All he has to do is show up since it's still his name on the products. I guess it's exhausting work. I know he recently designed for Kleenex.
