I am SO frustrated. I ordered the Canon EOS Rebel DSLR camera on 9/18 and still haven't received it. I've called customer service numerous times and emailed them. Apparently, since I recently moved, they are having trouble matching my name with my credit card. The same credit card, that is, that I have used for many years to order from QVC. They keep telling me to call the number they sent in a letter and also left on my voice mail -- only I haven't received a letter or a voice mail. They keep telling me they called, but I keep my phone on me 24/7 and I just checked for any missed calls -- none.

WHAT TO DO?????????????????
