This just started happening to me within the past couple of months. I would order an item by phone or online (the past couple of weeks on;ine) and the order would go through. Then I would not receive the order but get a letter that the item is on waitlist.
Yesterday I ordered an item on clearance online. The order went through. Now the website is telling me the item is on back order.
Does the Q not keep inventory current anymore? This just started happening. Has it been happening to anyone else?
