Honestly, I'm always amazed at the users they still allow to post, what with all of the whining, accusations, favoring one group (  that makes me really lol ) and calling anyone a bully who disagrees with them or corrects an error.

Frankly, if I as a mod I'd ban all of those who question my authority to do my job and constantly complain about how I do/did my job.

And another thing. I'm pretty sure with the extra attention being given to moderation that the mods have a very good idea who is here to just start trouble and those who just want good conversation and intelligent give-and-take.

One would hope that what happens on a shift is shared between moderators and between those working on subsequent days; some sort of log or ? It would be helpful for continuity in moderation.
