It's well known that companies hire people to post reviews.  It looks like Keurig posted the same review to QVC and Amazon.

Amazon, and likely other entities, is increasingly using AI to summarize reviews and answer questions.  This has been well publicized.

 

When it came to reviews I relied on finding consistency in complaints about a product and also look at the answers to customer questions. 

 

Since the change last August to the way the information is presented I no longer have confidence in the reviews or answers to customer questions.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
