I have been on this thread a lot today, and have seen just about every post that has been made, and there really hasn't been any reason to report anyone.....but it has been done and some of those posts are gone, which isn't fair.

A few months ago there was a thread about posting to yourself. As a test some posters created new accounts with fictional names and addresses. You did not have to verify anything through an email link. Pretty much joeschmoe@anyprovider.com and a new account was created.

I've read this thread off and on and find it is interesting whose responses do NOT get poofed.

I have been here for many years- I have also left for extended periods- honestly, I LIKE this board and many of the posters on it- but if I were banned, and couldn't come back as "me" I wouldn't want to even be here-

Some of you may go back long enough to know I was once "tamn8r" and then there was some weird board glitch (no I wasn't banned) and I had to come back as "stilltamn8r" so people would know it was me-

I actually LIKE being me, and sharing some personal stuff, experiences, but that is just the way I AM...

Obviously there are SOME things I would NEVER share, but I must say, I have probably shared FAR too many personal things in the years I have been her...

If you mean the one w the "K" I can say when I was posting she posted some raunchy posts & then came back really fast w a new nic & repeated what she was banned for posting. In that case I can sorta understand Webbies irritation

I have no idea what a webbie salary is, and I don't think I could do medical transcription all day. There was a period of time when I was doing temp work and had an assignment where they did reports on folks that came in there with mental problems and I had the job of doing the transcription work. That was about all I could stand.....and thankfully that assignment came to an end because they were looking for someone with a college degree to do what I was doing. I have to say this, those that I work for there were very pleased with my work and reported that to the temp agency when my assignment was over.

That's ok we aren't all here all the time lol. But I couldn't believe first to see a poster using certain word & then for them to be back in a flash w a new nic almost bragging about being banned & using the same word! Kind of silly imo (:
