Since I was 10 yrs old,  The Moody Blues

They haven't recorded in awhile, but I still get a fix with Justin Hayward's (singer, writer, lead guitarist of TMB) new albums and touring.

All time favorite hands down The Beatles! Fifty years later and their music is stilled played today. I bet that won't be the case for a lot of young artists today!

I've thought about this and I can't answer it.  I have so many that I enjoy that I would have a list a mile long.  Different reasons and different "seasons".  Smiley Happy

Re: Who is your favorite recording artist?

Paul McCartney, for many reasons.

Yes. it's true his voice is lacking on some of his ballads-but he can still crank out the rockers!

For his contributions over 51+years, including songwriting, symphonies, childrens books, AND the fact that at his age he still gives an almost 3 hour concert...

He sure could teach some things to the younger "talent" out there today.....♥

Like most people, I have a lot of favorites, but my most consistent & longest favorite is Billy Joel. I was lucky enough to see him several times in the 80's.
