It's supposed to hit us tonight. They are saying 60 mph wind gusts and possibly 15-20 inches of snow with 10 ft snow drifts. Also ice which could knock out power. I hope that doesn't happen because I won't have any way to keep my house warm. At least it's very well insulated. I've got candles set up all over the house, and we've stockpiled water.  

My daughter is working today and I'm hoping it doesn't hit hard before she gets off work and gets home. Luckily my husband is on vacation for another week so no worries about him needing to get to the office on Monday.

We're in snow country and it's warm here.  It's always good when nobody has to leave the house during and immediately after a storm.  Best you can do is prepare the house and keep everyone inside.

We are having thunderstorms now and for the rest of the day and I can't remember when the snow and ice comes (in waves).  It's supposed to end showing Monday and whatever comes (sleet, snow and ice) will come between tonight and then.  

We're just hunkering down and waiting!

not too worried . in so new england it will be rain or wet snow. ground too warm and saturated for anything to stick.
