Which N.Years Eve Countdown Show Do You Watch?

I was flipping between ABC's, Rockin' Eve, which I grew up watching and NBC's show w/Carson Daly. I must say that I thought Carson Daly was quite boring as host; I thought he'd be better at it. I do think Dick Clark should give full hosting control to Ryan Seacrest and retire.

Just wondered what show you prefer and why. I think ABC's is still the best.
