If he jumped on the hood of the car to avoid getting hit then how come he has tire marks on his boot. Did forensics determine that the tire marks were from her tires. And what was he doing in front of her car, police always park behind you; unless he was on the side of her car questioning her when she decided to pull away and with incredible athletic ability jumped onto the roof of the car while it was in motion opening fire and killing her.....but then how did he get tire marks on his boot? The weight of a car would break if not crush some very important bones in the foot used for jumping.

The woman was drunk. That equals poor judgment in trying to run over a cop. Unfortunately, that is what caused her death.

The police make stuff up to cover their butts everyday. Anyone who doesn't believe that is incredibility naive.

It cuts both ways, lady.
Lines have been drawn and the problem is people don’t care about the facts when it comes to select topics, issues, subjects, incidents.., pick your poison.2 of my business partners are African American and extremely well educated from top Universities in the country. Both are dems and they have very different opinions on Ferguson. Our younger partner jumped the gun like I see so many here do and found the officer guilty before all the facts were in. She was on FB and Twitter voicing her opinion. Her actions were based on pure emotion not facts or the legal system. But never did the younger partner think any of the partners including myself were bigots because we didn’t agree with her.Let the legal system do its job.., unless you “DO NOT” think our legal system is capable of it. Stop finding people guilty before all the facts are in.Based on what you have just said here, YOU need to take your own advice.
I'm not the one on here condemning anyone.
Just curious why you singled me out when I said "It cuts both ways." And whether you realize it or not, you did let slip what YOUR opinion is; hence, take your own advice.
I'm sorry if you felt I singled you out. I didn't know you were so fragile. It won't happen again. My opinion on this case with the girl and the police officer... please tell me what you think my opinion is? I've love to know.
Not fragile, but of all that's been said, I wondered why "It cuts both ways" set you off. If you read my original comment #31, I don't see where I condemned anyone. It wasn't your opinion on the case with the girl; it was the other incident where you're just sure this person jumped the gun and blamed the officer in Ferguson. Have you NOT decided the "facts" before they have all been revealed.
The person is our business partner. And yes, she voiced it in words and graphics on social media. I've seen enough "Hands Up" graphics to last the rest of my life. But she is young and we let it slide. She's not the only person on social media that has jump the gun.
The main comment I made on the Ferguson incident was... why couldn't the young man just get out of the road when the police officer asked him to. As for the facts, they are coming out slowly. But when it first happened, no one knows the facts they are acting on pure emotion and you can see where that has lead.

Unfortunately they aren't the only ones that do it.

"In a statement to his supervisors, Brockman said he tried to stop Ramsey from driving away from the party so that he could see if she was intoxicated."
So this cop had no other way of detaining her before she got into her car, thus forcing him to have "jumped onto the roof of a 19-year-old girl's car and opened fire on her." What??? If he was that afraid, he could have called for backup. BTW, scaredy-cat cops are not your friend and they cannot help you. Sounds as if he put himself in the perfect position to get hit by a car . . . and then he got hit by a car, which then resulted in him then "having to" murder that girl. Because he must not have had access to those things that flatten tires when someone is trying to make a get away, and one can only surmise that his call for backup feature was out of service. So, he had to kill her.
Yeah, law enforcement in this country is literally a huge, unfunny joke.
So....while she is speeding & fleeing law enforcement & while he gets 'those things that flatten tires', she kills me & my family of 3. Merry Christmas. Her weapon was the car...when law enforcement says to stop....stop. VERY high Duh factor. #BackTheBlue
So . . . that's why training is key here. Real officers know how to handle their business. And since they are law enforcement, they should be trained to not let deadly force be their only line of defense. It's lazy and actually puts everybody at risk. Like I said, officer scaredy-cat should have called for backup instead of jumping on her deadly weapon. Who in their right mind jumps onto a deadly weapon?? The Duh factor applies to someone, but not to me.
If you read page 56 of his deposition, he explains he didn't know how close his cruiser was behind him, thus jumping upon her car for fear of being pinned between his parked cruiser & her moving vehicle.....she then accelerated. She had alllll that opportunity to stop....but she didn't. Again....high Duh Factor.
"...not let deadly force be their only line of defense"....please. Save that for the movies or your XBox games.
I know you think you are going to back me down, but you never will, ever. I'm not going to keep responding to you, though, because you're boring me.
You can believe his deposition all you want. I mean, after all, he's a cop, he wouldn't lie
. Any fool stupid enough to put himself in the path of a moving vehicle should expect to be hit by said moving vehicle. She had allllll that opportunity to stop . . . yeah, but she didn't. So that gives him the okey doke to murder her, right? Oh, I guess when we tell our kids to stop doing something and they don't stop, we should hurt them too, cause we gave them allll that time, right? BTW, I don't play XBOX. Keep your DUH factor, it's alllll yours.

What a juvenile way to think of this. She wasn't poking her little brother or coming in late from a date. She was ...
a. Getting into the driver's seat of a car while drunk
b. Refusing to listen to a policeman and running over the foot of said policeman with her vehicle
c. Wouldn't stop her vehicle when the policeman had to jump on her hood to keep from getting smashed between cars and, thus, trying to kill him.
I really don't understand the people who defend these young people who act stupidly and try to kill police officers.
‎11-09-2014 08:35 PM
If she had in fact run over his foot he wouldn't be doing ANY jumping.
‎11-09-2014 08:38 PM
The report, obtained by WCPO, also found that Brockman's right boot had tire marks on it from when it was run over by Ramsey's car.
‎11-09-2014 08:43 PM
Shining a flashlight into her eyes while driving in a poorly lit area was real smart wasn't it! He should have stayed BEHIND the vehicle and then called for backup...could have placed strips on the road to stop her.
