I have had some jabs over the years here...even from posters who are considered nice.I don’t take it personally but I do think enough about it to see if there is any truth in what they say.I am never going to let anyone I don’t know ruin my day over a few typed words though.I miss all of the posters who are no longer here...each for different reasons.They all had something to add.

For some reason, I recall NO harsh or critical statements from Noel toward me or to others.  Never did I read a comment from her that made me cringe in some way.  Admittedly, I have not read her every word, but I certainly have engaged in many of her posts to have a healthy exposure to her style and temperament.

Yes, she and I agreed on most topics but not all.  Those times when we did disagree I never found her to be disagreeable with me.  Never.  That is why I am flabbergasted by this news that she was banned.

Some folks on this board know how to play the game, I believe.  They are the ones who unsheathe their sharp words often and puncture others with comments that get by under the radar somehow.

No doubt QVC had a valid reason for the banning, and I would bet she had been previously warned. I respect their decisions as I got sick of her always having to have the last word - she monopolized some threads

The funny thing about opinions, no one ever totally agrees with anyone else..Sometime you can really be polar opposites, on one thread, and allies on another..It's just the way it goes..it's just better to agree to disagree ,because you might be trench mates  in a few minutes

Yes, I do miss Noel7.  She was always very nice to me.

So it’s not okay to bash a host.  It’s not okay to bash the mods.  But is is okay to bash a poster.

Noel always had a target on her back with some.

Thats not true @AuntG  I had never been banned, or previously warned. I just couldn't post, and I have been here for years

@marmiesgirlthis permanent banning has been going on since early on. All manner of ideas have been expressed regarding them, both pro and con, most often completely dependent on  whether you were aligned with any given poster's politics. The moderators know how we feel. If they wanted clarification I'm sure they could conduct an anonymous survey very easily, as they have in the past, if they really didn't fully understand.
