Work out until I am exhausted and play with my babies...

Exercise is a great stress reliever. Especially boxing or weights. Feels good to punch out your frustrations or as my friend says your ""crab-ssness"".

Talk to my husband about what I'm stressing over, listen to music, spend time with family. (I like to vent, I don't keep things in). I do get upset easily at times. It used to be easier to deal when I could run, dance, etc. But I cant so I talk it out now or do what I can do and spend time with those who mean the most to me.

I read, I work out, I take a long walk. Once in a while, I yell at the stressor.

If I am every-day stressed out I turn to food to soothe me. If I am REALLY stressed out, I stop eating completely.

The last thing I can do is eat if I'm upset or stressed.
I pray.
If I can, I talk it out with my husband or my oldest son. Both good listeners and advisors.
