S&H has been increasing for a while now.  All carriers, including USPS, had rate increases that recently went into effect or are about to go into effect.  Q just started early.

You mean when the Q put their bait and switch shipping policy into effect? (We're cutting shipping costs (yippee) but no longer refunding outward bound shipping costs (boo) but it'll all come out to your advantage in the end).

Then when we have you all lulled into accepting no return of original shipping, we'll raise the original shipping cost and still not refund your outbound shipping.

Now, you're now on the hook for $5.00 + $6.95 for a total of $11.00 love it or not.

They are still selling many things for the $3.00 S&H......  It is when you have to return something that they get you.

Shipping rates were crazy during the fall (USPS up and down)

Without thinking I ordered polar fleece sheets at a great price, no s/h. Just checked --- yes return label is $8.95 YIKES!

Don't use the return labels !!! You'll save a lot on return shipping.
