@Desertdi Welcome🥰  There seems to be a common denominator of various forums having been shut down due to adverse, offensive behavior and conduct.😐 It would be much easier to accept if these violations were from adolescents!😁 Their loss is our gain, because I SO enjoy your witty outlook here!❤ Some of your jokes stay with me, and when I think of them at a later time, a case of the giggles is opened up again!😂

I think I started posting in 2016. I would say it can get a little contentious at times but most people are very nice.

I found these boards in 2012---just had been dx with breast cancer and was trying to dig thru the myriad of info about it all--- found the wellness board and went to cancer survivors and found so many fantastic people going thru it as well. Really helped me out. I don't see  or hear from the original people as they aren't posting anymore, which makes me sad but I always look and wish them the best. 

Not sure much has changed----mods have kept things at bay--for the good or the bad--times have certainly changed since I joined here. This is the only social media I am active in. I would miss this place if it closed down tho.

2011 was when I actually joined the forum, but had been "lurking" before I was brave enough to jump in!

The boards have changed in the sense that some of the crabby-pants people have moved on. I remember one in particular, had a little ring of support around her, who were zealots. They ate posters for lunch. If you didn't agree with her, you were toast! She was a right-fighter and it was her way or the highway! Her thumb was out for the karma bus and the mods took care of her. So much nicer now!

I have no idea the year I joined but it was at the very beginning. I find it's changed immensely. It now seems to be a bit "High Schoolish" now. Many cliques, bullying, etc... But unfortunately it's todays society.

It says on my bio 2013. I did just read comments but I guess became more active posting when I retired. I’ve been a QVC customer for many years.

Generally, most people are nice but at times comments about hosts are mean spirited & unnecessary. We all have our favs & dislikes but attacks on personal characteristics are just not necessary. Some posters can be critical & some just contentious.

I find the forums helpful when reviewing QVC products & I enjoy opinions about current events & subjects of interest as long as the convos are civil.

I only started a thread once after reading an article in The NY Times about education. I was soliciting an opinion not voicing my own but one poster attacked me & I never started another thread.

I enjoy your @Sandy Sparkles posts as they are always positive & kind.
