Re: Wheat prices expected to really go up from where they are now...

I know General Mills, Kellogg's and others announced a few months ago they were raising their prices on cereal as much as $25%....I have noticed the prices haven't gone up much, but the box sizes are really shrinking. Wheat is a product used in lots of things other than bread, so when it's price goes up, it increases prices almost everywhere.

Just when you thought things couldn’t get worse or more chaotic…

Food shortages and soaring prices.

“It’s going to be real," a new warning of a 'real' food shortage and the impact it will have on America and European countries..

Food shortages caused by the war in Ukraine are going to impact much of the world in the year ahead.

They really got this down.

Interview with General Mills CEO on CNBC this week. Earnings guidance for the rest of the year is stellar. Profits are impressive and their CEO says right now he can see the consumer will pay even more!

No reason other than they can. So they will.

Just like housing and gasoline, they are following the Great Toilet Paper run of 2020.
