@skatting44

I'm sorry, I should've been more clear in my response by bolding the part of @Annabellethecat66's post that I was referring to, about the handicapped parking lady.

I was not referring to you mistaking your experience at Panera, I'll bold it now so others will understand what I was referring to, which wasn't you.

Not a fan of Panera anyway, but they need a better way to give completed orders to those waiting for them. Someone needs to be at the counter. I would have left.

Re: What would you do

I have had similar issues at Sprouts. People sniffing and licking oranges! Even the strawberries and grapes that are already packaged....I have seen people open them and just pick and choose what they want and add to another package....since the pkgs are already priced, they get more and whoever buys the package they stole from gets less. I just won't and don't want food someone else has had their grubby mitts on!

I'm not surprised about anything I hear about Panera.  When the one where I used to live opened a group of 4 of us went there for dinner.

When our food arrived, one salad was full of dirt , grit and other non identifiable stuff.  When we pointed it out to the manager he said. "Oh we changed vendors.  I guess we need to wash it before serving.".   That was it.  No refund, no offer to replace it.

I've never been back to a Panera anywhere.
