QVC always includes sales tax with my refunds. It's included on the credit to my VISA or MC each time I return an item.

QVC charged me for S&H in error on free shipping day.  The item was taxable.  I was taxed for the item and the S&H.

They refunded me the S&H, but not the tax on S&H.

I ordered shoes.  Shoes are not taxable in PA.  They charged me tax in error.  I requested they refund the tax.  

They refused.  I pushed it and got a letter from corporate that I would have to go back to the state of PA to get a refund because they sent it in and no longer had it.  BIG LIE.  Businesses only file sales tax with the state quarterly, not daily or even weekly.

They have done this to quite a few posters who have complained.  Complaining does no good.

It has never been a lot of money, but it is money that they have no right to keep.

Well I would fire afew of the Hosts on day one.  Then I would have the Hosts stop talking about their Daughters and Family.  Stop calling another host honey.  (Constantly)

My orders having been moving fast this year so i can't complain.  I alsofeel that they have been doing free shipping a lot and coupons also. 

I see big improvements with most things.  More variety with the TSV's and less showings for sure.  

Someof the TSV's are not really a good deal.  Check around.
