I would have better prices and more sales. I checked out some of their Black Friday prices, and I didn't see anything that was a great deal IMO.
My biggest gripe about the Q is their prices. I know there are other places to shop and get better deals, and believe me, I do plenty of shopping elsewhere. Too much! 🥴
I guess the Q's overhead is so huge that they can't offer better prices? I just don't buy as much from the Q as in the past, and that's mainly because I can find similar things elsewhere for less.

@Imaoldhippie I knew when I wrote my answer that you wanted the answers just for fun, but I'm already too old to be a boomer or a hippie. I'm a dinosaur who grew up in a Great Depression affected home. For us, every money decision was serious. They still are for me.
I wasn't surprised by any of the answers I saw because they repeat what I've been reading in the Forums all year. Just more of the "same old" we're accusing QVC of.
I would think those responsible for the big decisions didn't learn anything new when/if they received a summary of the thread.

I don't know enough about the internal affairs of QVC or it's business structure to answer that question.. You're talking about A giveaway dale. A giant clearance as in a going out of business sale. Good for the shopper but it would be a ridiculous disaster for QVC. Im happy with QVC's prices, markdowns, discounts just as they are. I don't struggle financially so if the price is right and it's something I want, I can buy it. I do put more thought into what I buy now.

I would make sure they stop ripping shoppers off for sales tax. When they adjust charges, something gets returned or they charge sales tax in error, they refuse to return it.
They send you back to the state government to get your money back.

QVC always includes sales tax with my refunds. It's included on the credit to my VISA or MC each time I return an item.
Am I not understanding your issue?

@Group 5 minus 1 But Amazon has them beat all over on stuff like this. Bigger selection, name brands, get it one or two days, free drop off returns (no packing, instant credit).
No reason to buy from QVC now at all for things like that. I wouldn't think of it. And I'll bet a lot of others feel that way too.
