Maybe so it can be kept out on bathroom vanity ?  I have a plain 32 oz bottle that I keep out...tuck it away when I have compnay

I agree that it must be a special edition pkg. It's like a number of years ago Philosophy had a SE of Hope in a Jar moisturizer with a picture of Oprah as a child on it.
