I am too old to care about gifts, Christmas stockings or things like that.   Being above the grass with the person I love is all I could hope for. 

And you know it is true that being able to do something for someone else is the biggest gift of all.

The older I get, the less I care about material gifts.  This year I hope to be able to travel to Kentucky to be with family, and I hope my son gets accepted to graduate school.(Christmas is probably early to get the grad school news for my son, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.)
