The only thing on my radar today are some really bad storms.

4 weeks in a row now and last night was the scariest.  This morning driving to work downtown I passed four huge massive trees completely uprooted and on the homes.  These are homes were built 100+ years ago.  I am ready to sell my ticket to this roller coaster we seem to be on before next week arrives.

I'm getting ready to lug around bags of dirt to fill in deep spots in the back yard.

Will have husband bring out HUGE planters and fill them with topsoil and then mix in potting soil.

Don't know if I'll put flowers in yet because we won't be here to water them regularly for a few weeks.  But I want them out and ready.  They're so pretty even empty.

My heart goes out to all in the path of the tornados.  I really pray that all of you will be okay.  Same for anyone in the path of fires.

I need to decide which cozy mystery I want to read. So many to choose from. (Yes, I know I ended my sentence with a preposition. Smiley Happy)

@MoJoV   I purchased the topper at Target online for $79.99.  It is green in color and delivery was within a couple of days.

I discovered the sport of horse vaulting. People actually do acrobatics on the back of a cantering horse. They have individual competitions and pairs and even groups. It's just like a circus act, but as a sport. They grade the horse's performance as part of the score.

The horses are really moving fast too. Not walking or trotting, but moving along at a nice canter, which is the fastest gait before galloping.
