@HappyDaze try the edibles or the oil. Much less harsh but take very little at a time LOL (takes about an hour to feel anything LOL)

@Stormygirl oh I plan to, lol! It is legal but it still seems weird to go into a pot store. Like I'm 18 again trying to score an ounce, lol. Oops did I say too much?? Smiley Wink j/k (kind of Smiley Wink )

Spending time with my husband, children, and last but not least my grandchildren are the  real stress reducer as they light up my life. And of course music!

I find it funny for most it is food. Haha cute. If I had to pick food it would be a big plate of spaghetti. Yum! lol.

I actually DON'T feel like eating when I am stressed. I am a person who never understood the concept of "comfort foods" as food does not provide me with any comfort. I guess I should be thankful for that! Smiley Happy

Re: What's Your Instant Go To Stress Reliever?

Another stress reliever for me is nature.  I remember going through a very stressful audit where I worked. Our campus included nature trails and streams.  One of the trails was just outside my office.  I took a few minutes and walked down to the stream.  As I stood there I literally felt the stress flow out of my body.

Each stressful situation is different so not every method works for every situation.  My biggest all-around stress reliever is brisk walking.

Seriously, you should!

For me, average, everyday stress leads me to comfort food. Stress like a severe illness, job loss, death - then I'm not hungry at all and don't want to eat.
