Daily Harvest smoothie

organic: apple cucumber celery avocado kale spinach turmeric.

& (not organic) ginger, coconut water.

The same every morning: scrambled egg, oatmeal with priunes and a small piece of banana, slice of bread with peanut butter and a few more prunes.

 

It's a hefty breakfast, but it helps me maintain my weight.

I don't usually eat breakfast but I did this morning...bacon , pancakes and water.

I'm loving the new (to me) Cheerios Cinnamon Oat Crunch cereal....really good stuff!
