After fasting for an ultrasound and lab work at 8:30 this  morning, I went straight to Krystal (aka White Castle) for 4 cheeseburgers, fries and sweet tea!

I have 2 breakfasts: the early first one is usually Greek Yogurt w/ fresh berries & coffee. A few hours later, is oatmeal, 2 poached eggs, whole wheat toast w/ avocado slices and 2 glasses of water.

@Trinity11

Glad to see this.  I'm always looking for a new low carb choice for breakfast.  Even tho I get sick of eggs.  Smiley Wink

I had a Jif peanut butter breakfast bar.

I also had steel cut oatmeal.  I buy it from Andrew Lessman.  It's very good!

I had a very basic breakfast this morning: fried egg, bacon, toast with strawberry jam and coffee.
