I don't enjoy food first thing in the morning, I drink a few cups of black coffee when I get up in the AM and have some kind of smoothie at lunch time if I'm hungry. If I'm not hungry at lunch, I drink a smoothie at 2 pm whether I want it or not.

Same thing I have every day.
Half a cup of uncooked oats, TBS chia seeds, TBS ground flax, cup of fresh blueberries, half a cup of fresh raspberries (sometimes banana instead of raspberry), a cup of almond or oat milk, and a dash of agave syrup, then I put it in the fridge for about a half hour for the oats to soften.

My husband makes the muffins on the back of the All Bran cereal box, he makes them sugar free for me. If you haven't tried them your missing out!

@Grand Happy Regular oatmeal is not slimy if you microwave it just about a minute or so, or basically bring it to a boil in a pot and then stop cooking it. I can't stand slimy oatmeal.

Trader joes. Organic acai bowl.. sometimes i make them.
ETA. My favorite breakfast isavocado toast. Multi brain toast,avocado..sometimes slice tomato, thin slice red onion and once in a while a poached or basted egg. So good.

i rarely eat breakfast, but when i do, i need it to be a big breakfast......eggs, bacon/sausage, bread with butter and preserves, some type of potato, coffee......or eggs benedict!

I typically have yogurt and blackberries but today our Educational Diagnosticians treated us to a breakfast spread so I had a half a bagel with cream cheese and half an apple cider donut.
