Just the two of us ...If it was up to me  I would do nothing special. I just do not care....But, DH enjoys all the trimmings with the turkey. So we cook a turkey breast and fix potatoes stuffing and green beans.

Seafood from Gallahger's Steak House (Resorts Casino).  Either Crab Crusted Pacific Salmon or Maryland Crab Cakes.

As my father use to say, "we have "Thanksgiving" style dinners every Sunday & sometimes mid week.  Not just once a year"

It will be just the two of us this year.  A boneless turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, baked sweet potatoes with brown sugar, a green veggie, and cranberry sauce.  Likely just pecan pie for dessert.

Those 2 women are sister to each other, each living alone through their 80’s.  They’ve been sharing doctors’ visits for a long time and suddenly.... you know the rest.

Our Thanksgiving will be traditional Turkey/Ham, green bean casserole, broccoli rice casserole, candied yams, dressing, mashed potatoes, Mac ‘n Cheese, rolls and cornbread muffins and we will drink iced peach tea.  Just the 4 of us, DS brings his girlfriend. 

This is will be our first holiday together since the pandemic.

Not sure yet.  Usually go to daughters but son in law works this year on Thanksgiving.  So may do Thanksgiving on a different day or let them have their own and we do our own.  Doesn't really matter to me and live just down the street from us so we spend lots of time together.  

I kind of like just the two of us on Thanksgiving every now and then.  Low key.

Just DH & I, but we'll continue a Thanksgiving tradition from 15+ yrs. ago in MI when mom was alive and my sister & her family in IL would visit:

Alaskan King Crab Legs, cheesey potatoes and brussells sprouts with bacon & balsamic vinegar.  Up in the air about dessert.  Sister does the same, so we can celebrate together through a phone call. 

Funny how so many of us go to seafood instead of turkey!

It's generally just the two of us, or we'll invite a couple that we hang out with and our puppies play together.  We generally have a small turkey breast, a ham (if we can find a small one), dressing, taters, my husband's homemade green bean casserole (not the famous recipe) or roasted Brussels sprouts, a pie (our friend loves to bake, so I tell her to surprise us), then we enjoy the evening on the beach.  If the surf is big enough the boys go out and we girls hang out on the beach.
