Alijo, I know people laugh at me.

I love all cheeses, stinky, strong, creamy, mild etc. but there is something about Romano that doesn't work for me.

Yes!! great one!

I don't undertand people who buy cheese and then get the low fat or no fat versions. Most people don't understand that when cheeses or most dairy is labeled low fat or no fat it is also a chemical sh$% storm. They add lots of unhealthy things like mono- & diglycerides. Our foods now have to be labeled if they contain trans fats unless they come from mono-& dyglycerides, then they don't have to be. Trans fats have been associated with the increased risk of numerous diseases.
