This year it will just be my husband and I so we decided we'd be going to a couple of casinos, having dinner at one of the many great restaurants and be thankful when we come home big winners!

I wonder if our corn casserole recipes are similar. I make mine with Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, margarine, regular corn and cream style corn.

@Texasmouse- I haven't made this one before but I know it doesn't have corn muffin mix or sour cream.

Safeway is open on Thanksgiving...........and the place is always packed with "singles".     I hit the deli counter early................
