They have been increasingly expensive for the past several years.   If you want a top and the coordinating pants, it will cost at least $150 now.  I don't know about general categories.  I don't know what that means but QVC is a STORE.  It is not an entertainment channel.   I think now that everything is so  expensive, they absolutely MUST draw in as many customers as is humanely possible.  I don't find the shoes boring because when I do watch, which is not often, I'm shopping.  So I only watch the designers and vendors I know and have experience with.  There was a time when I bought 3 or 4 things a week but those days are gone.

It's like they want people to tune in and out to see wth is being shown.  So boring, I don't tune in nearly as often as before.  Never did buy really, just enjoyed watching a specific brand here and there.  Not now.

Sounds like you may have watched for anything other than buying, maybe entertainment?

That watching / entertainment ship has sailed for me for the most part as I do want to purchase however product details are lacking and antics abound.

Yes, I have purchased items, but I am not one that buys and buys.  Maybe 3 items/year.  I don't watch for entertainment, I watch when nothing else is on, lol.

They must be having some problems. I recieved a phone call yesterday from QVC reminding me that they sent me a coupon for 20% off of an item and I hadn't used it. I have never gotten a call from them before.
