Ever since Christmas, the Q has been surprisingly boring and expensive. What is with all the generalized program names -- so general that they can include items from many different catagories. What happened to specific shows about a specific brand??
It's like they want people to tune in and out to see wth is being shown. So boring, I don't tune in nearly as often as before. Never did buy really, just enjoyed watching a specific brand here and there. Not now.
Too boring and too expensive.
Edited to add: Hours upon hours of "Gourmet" Food? Come on.....................Wreaks of desperation.

And the flip side is, people like me, are incredibly sick of Shark one hr presentations or Vitamix, or any of the other ones. Many people have asked for more variety; very specifically to the TSV's, and asked for less one hr focussed shows because they are so repetitive. Just giving the other perspective.

I've been enjoying the shows that mix it up a bit, like Morning Connection and Q The Real Talk with Jayne and Pat. I've got on the Q Check right now, and it showcases various items. I don't usually get to watch so much, but we've got too much ice outside to venture forth right now.

I am just happy they are not having an abundance of Nutrisystem and exercise equipment shows. It seems to be the case every year once the New Year passes.

I have to agree with the OP. I feel the programming has been suffering since way before Christmas though. Maybe Christmas 3 years ago! I also agree with the other thread regarding way too much focus on gourmet shows. I know everyone has different likes and dislikes and they need to show a wide variety of items but I'm sorry the gourmet shows have literally taken over, IMO.
Bored to tears, and yes I do walk away and shut if off and change the channel.........(LOL)

To be clear, I wasn't talking about a 1 hour presentation 10 times a day about one single product - TSV. I hate that. I'm talking about clothing shows, jewelry shows, makeup shows. You don't see one thing over and over, but the show is about a particular line of product. So I think you and I are really on the same page, lol.

It's the economy.

Personally, I like shows that are a specific category. I like Denim and Co. and Susan Graver. So I will try to watch or maybe record those shows.
There are soooooo many other categories that I have no interest in, so I know I am not missing anything.
I don't want to watch a whole hour or two of a mix of things just in case there is a special deal on something I might want. That is not going to make me waste my time and watch.

This post has been removed by QVC because it is political baiting

I seldom tune in to watch other than to escape a Lume or Old Spice commercial on another channel. The repetition of the products and the declining quality of the on air talent and product quality along with escalating costs do not encourage me to stay. To me it's very, very sad, like losing an old reliable friend.
