@jackthebear @Sweetbay magnolia

The wildfire delay would only apply to items being shipped from or to California. However the items I ordered on the 21st and were supposed to arrive today, but weren't even shipped til yesterday, are coming from PA to SC. No wildfires!

Some items may come from other parts of the country.

@Shanus, QVC ships from a California warehouse too.

quit making excuses for qvc bad business practices, ie, warehouse in California/wildfires. QVc processing and shipping has been pony express style for a year.  They don't care about rectifying all their issues or satisfying customers.

There needs to be an honest delivery date, not an estimate...too vague...and of course the ability to cancel if the order takes too long. What if we just change our mind and it hasn't shipped yet? What's the issue with that?

The only way to have an exact delivery date is to have your own delivery department.  Even that is not exact all of the time.  Too many factors to be exact.

@I am still oxox , I finally had an item shipped out today that has been sitting "in process" for seven days. I am not ordering anything else for a while, at least until the horrendous shipping situation improves.

Mine was in process for 8 days, beat you by 1. LOL. It finally shipped today.

I has an item in process for about a week. I tried to cancel but I didn't have that option. I called CS and they told me when I do receive it, to return as wrong item shipped and I would have no charges. Ended up a few days later, still in process, I was able to cancel.

It would be helpful if y'all indicated the type of item ordered that languishes for days in processing.

I have ordered several items recently and have received each within a week. An item I ordered late Friday evening is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I do not order clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry or other wearables.
