What happened to the Syria thread?

I just got home from dinner out and I wanted to read the thread I started earlier about Syria and the constant fear the people there live under and now the nerve gas. I can't find it. It seemed to be going fine before I left - and adult conversation about current events. Anyone know what happened to it?
