I'm sorry that with everything else that the mods have to do, that they didn't drop everything and make your problem #1 on their "To Do" list.

I don't understand the problem.  Pack the item up, note on the return slip that it's "defective " and add a comment that the item does not match the label and is the wrong size.

You would get a full refund and not be charged the return shipping fee.

The only reason you'd need CS help would be, if after the return was processed and you got charged the return S&H.  No need to stress over something that hasn't even happened.

Also, if a mod has already responded why not let him handle it?  They always follow through, in my experience.

My experience has been the Social Team responds within a few hours, so this is very unusual.

Yes, there are quite a few reasons customers are angry.  We hear about them here.

Your best bet is to return the item marking the return form "defective"  or "wrong item sent."  You will be refunded the full amount including shipping both ways.

Watch your return to make sure you receive your refund that might take up to 3 weeks.  If you don't receive a full refund, then contact Customer Service or email the Social Team @QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number and explanation.

There's much less aggravation when you take matters into your own hands whenever possible.

@Venezia the problem is Wayne never responded to my return email.  And I just noticed that the social team is responding to another reply tonight, just not mine.  It is very poor customer service to ignore a customer.  Also, I first emailed the easy return group to get an exchange, they never answered, so I then tried the social team, they have not answered my email either.  The item is not defective, just not the right size according to the package and also my order invoice.  Further more, WHAT is a red label on a inner bag?  Does that mean someone already received, then returned the item because it was mislabeled?  JMO.

I didn't get the sense that was her expectation, merely that she was concerned about not heairng back after multiple outreach attempts. Personally, I wouldn't have taken this matter so seriously but we're all different and we all have different thresholds. Regardless, there's no reason for some of the haughty replies.

Well, it's a moot point, because the o/p said that she's closing her account and will never post here again, so . . . .

Re: What does it take to get the social team to answer?

Update - The easy returns dept just replied to my email from yesterday morning:  They will refund my 1st easy payment, and they will deduct the QVC return label?  I can receive a  refund of 0?  I guess this will require more conversation back and forth because I am not paying to return an item that was shipped in the wrong size.

believe us..you will not have to pay the label fee.

As suggested, just return it with a giant note you received wrong item and do not charge  the original shipping or return label fee.

Just wait for your credit...if it isn't right, just call customer service.

They WILL make it right...yes, it may take a bit of time, but no need to worry.

It will get fixed.  Don't get upset.
