@Estellee   Definitely a nap!!! In winter, I have an electric blanket to cuddle up in which makes the nap even better.

@SportyShorty07   Heart. You know it's so strange since I've painted and made jewelry since college....for five decades and sold both. I'll give the big girl paper a shot. Thanks for the encouragement.

I have my DD as a sounding board. Then I try to rationalize what is stressing me out and try to  do something about it----recently those stressors have been finding a new dentist and a new heart dr. Have had a beast of a time trying to find someone who takes Medicare.  I  have  found really good people and have gotten in for my appointments finally. I have stopped watching so much news!!! I watch my local evening news and that's it. Am trying to modify my diet as I need to lose a few lbs--and have lost some. Then I do the 4-7-8 breathing technique --that does amazing things for me. I am turning 70 in June which is really freaking me out--so my thought is to work on me and get all the little tweaks --tweaked Woman Winkhave a few more to go but the actual process of getting those ducks in a row----makes me stress less.
