It's raining.  Spring & Fall.  Seasons of the rain.  So today, I'm watching only movies I haven't seen before.  I'll work on my crochet.  I'm doing a blanket of 4 stitches that will cover lap and legs if we lose power this winter.

I'm working on a large one for someone unknown.  Hope it will keep someone else warm if they feel cold this winter too.

What are you doing?

Running errands, quick trip to Macy's, watching the weather channel to see if Hurricane Florence is going to make landfall on the eastern coast.  We had plans to vacation there for ten days beginning Monday.

The usual "to do's", but in a different order (that's exciting now, isn't it?!).

Grocery run (enjoyable - I love my Wegmans trips).

Nature walk.  Perhaps some interesting news watching.

Have a wonderful day!

It's raining here also; however, that is not going to stop me from going to The Farmer's Market. I'm planning to pick up some freshly baked bread, Apple Butter, whichever fresh veggies/fruits catch my eye, and some wonderful candy that is made by a group of Amish people. Since it is raining and a little cool, I'm hoping it won't be as crowded as usual so I'll be appropriately dressed to take my time and look at some of the vendors' wares I normally skip.

Hope everyone has a great day.

I'm jealous of all of you, lol! I'm working (and would love to just be home, especially since I didn't sleep at all well last night). Woman Frustrated

My goodness @vermint you are living my life with me.  I slept horrible last night and now I am sitting at work wishing for retirement or just a Saturday.  Got two new photos of my grandchildren in an email from my DDL this a.m., so I will scoot back and forth all day to those sweet faces.  At least it is Thurs. which is supposed to be the best day of the whole week:  the closet to Friday and the furthest from Monday.

@beckyb1012 I'm about 18 months away from retirement...might be partial, I haven't decided yet. I can't wait til I can live my life on my own schedule---been working full-time since 1976, and that's long enough!

18 months!!! How divine, it is at least 6 years for me if not 10.  Well you can spend the next 18 months making all those wonderful plans.  I remember 1976 myself and days of drill team, high school, and then going to work retail at the mall.Heart
