They are $16 or $17 for 12 ornaments on A, and can arrive by Saturday, if you have prime. You could buy 2 sets and use the others on your tree.
Also, I just bought one dollar ornaments at the craft store
for my DH to give to his school bus kiddies. Really cute.
Love those, you can give a meaningful gift without spending a lot. The person recieving an ornament will think of you every year when they hang it on their tree.

@San Antonio Gal wrote:@Jordan2 - Are you sure you have to purchase 16 gifts? That seems a bit nuts.
Right? No one wants to do that.

Those ornaments are very nice. And, you've always got room on your tree for more ornaments - no such thing as too many!

So let me get this straight-16 people are going to buy for 16 other people and everyone ends up with either a candle, candy, or some kind of ornament. Which all y'all could have just bought for yourselves. Or worse left-over cookies from someone's cookie swap.
(I am assuming from the post there are actually 17 people counting the OP.)
I think it would be nicer to pool all the money spent on yet more carppy gifts and buy some presents for local toy drives.
I think the OP is mistaken on how this works.

Sorry to be a "debbie downer", but it sounds like 16 people will be getting 16 gifts of mostly junk. Sorry, JMHO.

I also think there is a misunderstanding here. Even at $10 a gift, that's quite a hefty fee when you buy 16. Maybe just send an email (or ask someone) to clarify. I would definitely do that before buying 16 gifts. My thought is that they probably meant all 16 people buy one gift and then there is an exchange.

If you must: Amazon gift card.

I've had the same thought as many others on here - no way would I want to go home with 16 "gifts" from my coworkers. I have enough "stuff" like that and don't need to add any more. Most of it would get tossed or donated.
And monitors having to kick in for gift cards for the higher ups? Whose salaries would dwarf those of the monitors? Nope.
Most people need their salaries to cover basic things like food, gas, mortgage. 16 tchotchkes? A definite no. I'd opt out.
If the OP is correct that this is the way things are done there, someone needs to suggest a revamp before next year, IMO!

@Cakers3 read Message #31 that the OP Posted. She doesn't have to but she wants to. I wouldn't do something just because I don't want anyone to talk about me.
