I agree with the others that it's a scam.

 

You can usually tell by the formatting of the language that it's not legitimate.

 

Usually the English grammar is not correct, and you can also usually find typing and spelling errors, too.

 

I'm glad that this was in your Spam folder.

 

I end up just deleting these types of e-mails and leaving them in the Spam folder. Eventually, you should get less of them. 

 

The unfortunate thing about them is that the spammers are hoping that they're going to send an e-mail to someone who does have an Amazon account.

 

Sometimes I'll get scam e-mail messages from someone who'll say that my bank/credit card account needs attention, etc., and I don't even have an account at that bank. Smiley Mad
