Maybe I am not understanding something here but if an episode is published in a newspaper how is that being hidden.  My local TV news reports many incidents that would be of no interest to anyone in different areas but they are not hidden.

Yes, it is fear mongering. What you were saying was that an entire group of people from a certain area of the world were mentally unstable.

Yes, some might be unstable. I classify the extreme religious fanatics, no matter the religion, to be heading toward instability if they haven't already arrived. And I repeat, no matter the religion.
