I have about 50 bottles of different nail polish in my crisper.  Some are 10 years old and have not thickened up.  I have some AA batteries in there also.  Supposedly they last longer if you put them in the fridge.  Not sure about that one.


@Scooby Doo, I have also always kept batteries in the fridge, but I read an article there is no need to keep them in there. Being a lifetime WW member they say don't put the produce in the bin you forget about it and it spoils! Put it in containers where you can see it. People hide their "goodies" in there because they tend to not look in there so they're not tempted!
