My homeopath has said for years that fat is not the problem. Of course, he doesn't advocate just sitting around eating all the fat you can, either.

Got my Butter Boy loaded with butter and I'm ready.
I have never seen one of these. It is just a butter storer? You place half a stick in him and when you pop the top part of his head off he becomes a ""roller"" for buttering your corn. Used it last night for the first time and it was great. There is a plunger in the bottom that you push up. Put his top back on and stick him in the fridge.
Oooohh!! I need one right away!

Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm getting another one for my DD for her Christmas stocking and DH wants me to get a couple for our neighbors gifts.

It really isn't. I have never been overweight in my whole life and besides Crohns I am in perfect health. The people I observe never eating fats or always trying to avoid them are always the ones who are overweight. The only things I stay away from are processed foods and even then I have them 3-4 times a year.
Same with diet soda. Aspartame causes more obesity in soft drinks than sugar does.

ITA! BUT, these clueless people can eat all the fat, greasy gunk until they pop. Have to keep the doctors in business. Have to keep the insulin makers in business. Have to keep the dialysis centers in business. So go ahead, eat away. You'll pay later. Guaranteed.
