What does squee mean?  I've never heard that expression before.

It's the sound (a mix of a squeal and glee) one makes when seeing an animal so indescribably adorable it gives instant happiness.  Smiley Very Happy

 

Also, it's an exclamation - used to describe great delight or excitement, a verb - to squeal in delight or excitement, and a noun - a cry of delight or excitement.
