Wedding Problems . . . Need Advice

I am devastated. My son was planning on having a family only small wedding but now he has told me that because I do not approve of him inviting my "ex" (not his father) that he will be eloping. Being at the wedding meant so much to me. Am I being unreasonable?

I have been divorced from the "ex" for almost 15 years and do not consider him part of "our" family.
