Hi TexasMom1 -- this will probably seem weird but here goes.....

I found your QVC post from last year about your Christmas memories and you mentioned the Pink Rooster at Stripling's in downtown Fort Worth. I was talking with my cousins on Thanksgiving about going to the PR when we were younger. One of them remembered a pie that he loved....smooth, silky, tasty. I googled "stripling's pink rooster pie" and found your post. Do you remember a pie like that? La...something maybe. Maybe like a buttermilk pie?

I'd appreciate any information you could give me. Are you still in FW? I am -- born, raised and still here. Thanks so much!
