It turns out this is something hackers are doing from outside the USA. Their program takes a pic of you, using your own webcam, to make it look official.

That is frightening! I had my mini camera covered and it fell off, I'm going to cover it now!
If the hackers had warned me in advance, I would have combed my hair and put on a little lipgloss!!!
They got about 10 people who worked with me...I just read a story about this form of hacking in the NY Times.

I put a ""Post It"" paper cut to fit over the cam opening. It has stickie stuff on the top and I needed only the top part. Been there as long as I had this computer.
