I don't see that posters here need to be scolded or reminded that we don't all think alike on this topic, but I think most all of us responded genuinely and kindly to what we were told and what facts we had.
This forum has it's ups and downs and all who post regularly here have their own thoughts and views--which is what we are here for--and right to express them.
Nowhere in @SandySparkles, in my opinion, does she scold anyone or even imply that to any posters. Kindness is always a given, even though we all have the right to express our views.
@ciao_bella And all of us have different ideas about what scolding is. I find it puzzling when posters want us all to follow their rules, play to their tune, and live up to their expectations. It is all relevant what one sees as wonderful another sees as annoying, etc.
On here we just live and let live as much as possible, and as the mods see, and try to respect what others conribute--whether they meet our expectations or not. Of course there are expectations, but no one poster dictates the tenor of this board although many have made a run at if over the decades.
Agree again @Sooner. Posters here are nice w very very very few exceptions & interesting. Not feeling the need for constant "love bombing" & "virtue signaling", sugary gushing...... tho it certainly is effective way to collect compliments & hearts, praise & attention so maybe that means a lot of posters do like those things so I can get it if I'm in the minority. 🫢🥹 I get that too. Me a work in progress, & like you said the Mods will decide.🙂

@SandySparkles is the last person on this board that comes across as scolding in any of her threads. Her posts are always kind and thoughtful - just like the one in this thread.

It's not only health issues. I would NEVER post about my many years of private struggles and a life that has been hell. That's because of the way some posters are here.
A poster has died and some still can't just say that yes indeed, you never know what others are going through. That speaks volumes in and of itself.

Are you the poster who posted that you were on a UFO or saw a UFO up close?

@SandySparkles wrote:The passing of our dear ECBG/Cathy got me to thinking of just how much we do NOT know the life challenges other posters are going through!! Although it was apparent she had been very ill based on the many posts she courageously shared in the last two months or so, nothing could have prepared me for reading that she had gone to Heaven! I am truly heartbroken, and the tears still flow when I least expect them!💔
She was much sicker than any of us could have imagined, and sometimes faced criticism as she struggled cognitively to share her medical journey with us.💝
Some of us will share stories and medical histories; some will not. As others have mentioned previously; for some Forum friends this is their ONLY opportunity to interact socially.😊
It would be so nice if we can try to make this a welcoming space for ALL.❤️ Until we walk in the shoes of another, we do NOT know what they are going through! There is SO much positivity and kindness here, so let us pass it on!!!😊
~~~All we need is LOVE💖
Well said sweet lady. Kindness goes a long way and we need more spread throughout this earth.
I used to think so too, but then I reakized this forum may be the only place they have a chance to share.
@San Antonio Gal I think she "scolds" in a very condescending way.
