Thanks! I think my husband will be like yours. He's not as accepting to change as I am.  I've been known to use the heated seat in my old car, because of my back, in the middle of the summer.  Even though at home I will use ice instead of heat.

If you buy a car made in America there is no tariff.

If you have to borrow money in order to buy the car

you don't have to pay the interest on the loan.

Not sure what you are referring to with the interest but I seriously doubt that.  @SharkE  If this was an announment by a politician they don't control car loans.

Wow!  My Lincoln wasn't made in America tho and we paid cash.  0% interest.  Great news for most car buyers.

@SharkE What he said apparently was that he wants interest for loans to buy a car made in the USA to be tax deductible.  Remember eons ago when interest was deductible?  He's just blathering.

YES IT IS!  You could have knocked me over with a feather when I read that.  I don't know if it's all Lincoln's or this latest crop of Lincoln's.  I know Lincoln is a Ford Company and my Ford Flex was made in Canada but Ford also has factories in China as well as a whole host of other countries.  It's a global economy.

Its funny because we want to buy a Kia Telluride for our next car which is a Korean company but its built in the states but a Ford is built in China, go figure.  I don't ever want to buy a brand new car again we always bought new but now I think its financially better to buy a low mileage used car.  Also sorry white is my least favorite color in cars, my husband bought a white car is 2011...boring...I want blue and the make of your car comes in a  beautiful blue.
