it got sent to another state! It's from QVC. Not their fault. It got handed to the post office and it arrived at our main post office. But before heading to our zip code post office, it was sent to another state! They'll probably catch it and reroute it back to my local post office. Hope they catch soon. This happened yesterday. Has this happen to anyone else?

I recently had a susan graver package take 11 days to arrive. The tracking made absolutely no sense!!!!! The odd thing is that I had ordered the identical top on the same day in a different color and that came promptly!

There is a QVC warehouse within, I say, 10-15 miles from me in PA. When I order and it comes from that warehouse, it always takes the long route around NJ before coming back to PA.

@songbird If this is the first time this has happened to you, you've Bern very fortunate. I have shipping mishaps on a weekly basis, either put on the wrong truck and sent to some distant point or held at a UPS facility for an extended time.

For some reason I have had a few packages make their way across America to my local

mail sorting facility only to then be sent back to East Overshoe prior to returning and arriving at my local P.O. No idea how this happens and it is only once in a while.

Since this whole supply chain debacle I order things online and don't think about them until I get the Postal email or Alexa turns green.

If I know I really am going to need something.....brick and mortar into my hot little hands!

I ordered four Isaac tops in early February; they arrived in OK time. However, I returned them for a different size. Like anytime dealing with QVC returns, of course there have been problems! And I've made several phone calls trying to correct them. I currently have three of the Isaac tops, but the third? No idea. It's been processing forever. Talked with a CSR yesterday and she expects it to be delivered on May 7th! She asked if I wanted her to cancel it? "No, it's been paid for a very long time and I'd like to get it before summertime!" (I seriously doubt it has even shipped yet, since I've had to call several times to remind QVC they had "forgotten" to ship the last size change on my returns.

This is probably my last order from QVC due to the inept CSR, long S&H, and horrible returns.

Gone are the days of easy shopping with the Q and finding attractive styles. Brick and mortar bets QVC every time and other on-line shopping venues are by far superior in quality, price and delivery times!

@songbird - Oh yes! I ordered 4 T-shirts last week, same shirt, different colors. Three came Saturday. The fourth decided to vacation in California (I'm on the east coast) for a few days. It has been shipped out, so I'm looking forward to getting it.

It's not the first time for me, but it rarely happens. I just know it will get to me eventually!

I have had packages come to my area ready to go to the local post office and then go back to another state and come back the same route again before delivery. Happened with both UPS and USPS.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

Not sure the items were from QVC, but my wife has told me this has happened with several items she has ordered.

In town/out of town/a couple other stops, then to our city zip code.

@Kachina624 I think (not sure) this happened once before. I don't order a lot from QVC (mostly jewelry when they have their event day) I'm pretty sure they will catch it route it back. I did speak to QVC they said to wait till the 29th. If not there, then to call back & they will reship. Machines "read" the zip code and address when it's sorted. But sometimes they slip through and wind up somewhere else.
